Admission Requirements

An applicant must submit the following materials to the Director of Admissions to be considered for admission:

 

1         A completed online Application for Admission form.

2         Application fee of $50 (non-refundable).

3         Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree or international equivalent from an approved college or university with at least a 2.0 Grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).

4         Official transcripts from all previous colleges or universities attended sent directly to UUC. 

5         Two letters of recommendation.

6         Applicants whose first language is not English must submit a TOEFL with a 530 minimum score (paper-based) or 197 (computer-based) or 71 (internet-based).

 

Graduation Requirements

To qualify for graduation with a MBA, the student must successfully fulfill all of the following requirements:

 

1.         Complete all MBA graduate course requirement (36 credits, which includes the final capstone project);

2.         Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 (B average) or better for all graduate level coursework applying toward the degree;

3.         Successfully complete the MBA Capstone Project;

4.         Pay all tuition and fees.

* Students from non-business undergraduate majors have to take BUS-500 Introduction to Business as a prerequisits for the program. This course does not count toward 36 required credits.

Concentrations

Students can gain additional knowledge in a concentration area through the selection and completion of 9 graduate-level credits in concentration-specific courses. Concentration credits must be completed prior to degree conferral. Concentrations are available in the following areas of study:
